We are an authorised UK distributor of Cellular Path. Our featured product today is SOCA: we import it, hold it in the UK and price it in sterling. You sell and install it, and we back you with pre-sales help, first-line support and UK returns.

What Usually Stops An Installer Selling New Kit
- "I'm not importing it myself."
- You don't. Customs, import VAT and the paperwork are ours. You get a sterling invoice from a UK company.
- "I can't sit on stock."
- We hold the stock in the UK, so you don't have to.
- "If it fails, I'm stuck with it."
- Your customer claims through you, you claim through us, and the return is handled in the UK.
- "I'm too small for a distributor."
- Self-employed traders can apply, on the same five-question form.
- "You'll undercut me."
- We do not sell to end users. Every sale goes through a reseller.
What You Get
- UK stock, priced in sterling. No dollar invoice and no customs entry of your own.
- Support from here. Cellular Path gives the end user three years parts, and one year labour where an authorised reseller installed it. We run first-line support and collect returns in the UK.
- An engineer before you quote. Site suitability, mast loading, antenna and router pairing, by email.
- Things to sell with. Cellular Path's datasheets and photographs, and the warranty statement to pass on.
- Demo units for appointed resellers, to show customers a scan and train your installers. Ask when you apply.
- A listing on Where To Buy, with your consent.
The Paperwork
If we can appoint you, we send the Reseller Agreement and trade terms to read first. Prices, ordering and everything else commercial are in there, and nothing is binding until both sides sign.
If A Unit Fails
Your customer claims through you, you claim through us, and we handle the return in the UK. The full process comes with the Reseller Agreement.
Not covered: installation and external wiring, incorrect installation, exceeding the stated wind loading or antenna mass, lightning, flood, fire, and alterations or opening the unit without authorisation. Cellular Path's own warranty statement decides every claim; ask us for a copy.

Who can apply?
Limited companies and self-employed traders that sell or install connectivity hardware in Great Britain.
Am I too small?
If you install connectivity for paying customers, no. A self-employed installer doing a handful of sites a year applies on the same form.
Does applying commit me to anything?
No. If we can appoint you, we send the Reseller Agreement and trade terms to read. Nothing is binding until both sides sign.
Where are your prices and terms?
In the Reseller Agreement, which we send you to read once we can appoint you. We don't publish them.
Why not import it myself?
You would carry the customs, import VAT and the warranty returns to the United States yourself. Buying from us, that is ours.
Can I get a demo unit?
Demo units are available to appointed resellers. Tick the box when you apply and we'll talk it through.
Which routers work with SOCA-02 No Modem?
Cellular Path has verified seven models from four makers, and the UK variants are still being confirmed. Ask and we will email the current list.
Can SOCA aim the donor antenna for a booster or DAS?
Yes. SOCA-01-T-4G50 Smart 4G is the model Cellular Path publishes for single coax directional work. Check the UK rules and your booster's own requirements before you quote.
When is there stock?
The first consignment is expected in December. Your account can be open before it arrives.
Do you sell to end users?
No. An end user who writes to us is pointed at a reseller.
Demo Units
A customer believes a scan they watched. Demo units are available to appointed resellers, to show customers and train your installers. Tick the box when you apply, or ask us once you are appointed.
Independent advice, declared supply. Boothroyd Consulting is paid for independent specification. Boothroyd Distribution supplies hardware. When both are in the room, we say which is which before anybody is advised.
